Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about working at GitLab. It’s great to hear that you’ve had a positive experience. Though collaboration is the first value listed in our CREDIT value framework, we understand that effective collaboration across every team in a fully-remote organization can be challenging. If you have ideas that would help us collaborate more effectively, please bring those up with your manager or Department leaders.
