Pros

Flexibility, All-Remote, Colleagues, Competitive Pay, Values

Cons

At times it feels as if there is too much process and procedures in some departments/orgs, and not enough structure in others. It feels difficult to strike a balance between a handbook page for every single possible scenario and almost no process/support/staffing for some functions which have been deprioritized. Culture and values have gradually declined in favor of short-term goals as the company tightens its belt and focuses on shareholder (R)esults.

Lives by their values

Pros

A company that lives by its values day to day Set up for really successful remote working Great PTO policies Excellent employee support options and benefits

Cons

The prospect of not being able to translate my work-friends to real-life friend who I can meet up with when we're not longer working together - the biggest challenge of remote working!
