Pros

1. A lot of smart people used to work for Gitlab 2. Great platform of a product 3. Fully remote - if you like this, it's huge plus! 4. Work-life balance

Cons

1. No promotion from within, no matter the results. 2. Churn - people get tired and leave. 3. Politics - amazing amount for a fully remote organisation!

Pros

Great pay and benefits for Australia Incredibly flexible

Cons

Probably the worst sexism I have experienced in my decade long career. Promotion process is unclear. Yes their is a table in the handbook but it's just vague corporate language.

Pros

Good salary, good bonuses, good benefits, working from home.

Cons

Lack of good management, managers looking only at numbers, they don't understand the meaning of the word "quality". People are fired very easily if they don't hit their targets every single month.
