      Heavily siloed, rapidly deteriorating culture

      All remote company, great product and community

      Cons

      Rapidly deteriorating culture. The company went IPO while not being profitable and now is under extreme pressure to show growth, which is not there. Your career depends on factors beyond your control. You may be openly refused promotion because you work in a "wrong" country.
