Pros

Great work/life balance. Lots of collaboration and zero tolerance for sexist or racist behaviour.

Cons

With all younger companies, sometimes changes happen quickly and parties involved aren’t always aware.

Pros

Work from home gives so much time for family and things you want to do but never had time due to long commute times Very supportive, collaborative team You know you are trusted as an employee to have proper work ethics - unlike companies that think you will slack off if they don't constantly watch over your shoulder Everybody accepts everybody, you can be you without worrying Good benefits

Cons

Miss non-virtual interactions with colleagues
