Pros

- Really a remote and async company: this is not just for shows - Fair compensation: You have access to different locations and your possible progression on the company - Company lives its values. It's easy for companies to publish values; it's much rarer to actually see them reflected in day-to-day decisions. - Direct management that listens: There's a genuine sense that your voice matters. - Supportive peers and team: Colleagues show up for each other. The culture of collaboration is real, not a performative one. - Good benefits. Both the tangible and intangible benefits go beyond what you'd expect, and they make a meaningful difference. - Work-life balance.: The flexibility to structure your day like a human being is something you don't fully appreciate until you have it.

Cons

- A period of significant change at the upper management level: The company is going through a lot of structural shifts at the moment, which can create some uncertainty.
