      Form my 1st day in Gitlab, I saw that everyone is there to help you, to answer your questions so you can integrate more easily. Everyone is involved and the company's values are a way of living. 1) Understands the importance of spending time with your family and friends 2)Helps me to grow as a Talent Sourcer, but also as a person 3)Knows the importance of their values and takes them seriously 4)Promotes self care

      These are not cons, but advices. 1) Because we are working remotely, don't forget to take your time and go outside 2)Try to have as many coffee chats (small meetings) as you can so you can meet a lot of people from the company.

      Quick and Professional Process Very friendly and approachable team Open and Transparent Big focus on values and ethics

      Cons

      Compensation could be higher in this marketplace but they are looking at that. Also creating Ireland as an entity in coming down the lines which is a great move!
