Pros

Only positive is that it's truly remote. Since they have no physical offices, there's no option of being hybrid.

Cons

Team members are paid unequally. Those hired via employee referrals are treated and paid better than others that have been there.

Pros

Decent product but little to hedge off competition

Cons

No support, little repose to feedback/ help requests, corporate greed, over-worked under appreciated, management is out of touch and rude.
