Pros

From your first moment everyone makes you feel at home. Everything is well documented and structured and if there's something unclear there are always tons of people willing to help.

Cons

Sometimes timezone differences can be non-optimal but since most of the work is asynchronous most of the time it's a non-issue.

Pros

There are quite a number of pros about working at GitLab but a major one for me is that I'm closer to my family. I also like the fact that there are real opportunities for growth within the company.

Cons

This isn't a con as such but it's up to you as an individual to manage your time wisely.
