Cons

It’s time for some folks who have been here too long to just move on rather than complain that they actually have to work.

Pros

GitLab's values are not just marketing hype. Everyone at the company lives them every day. Transparency and Inclusion are two of my favorites, but each of the company's values serve to make the entirely remote and globally distributed team more efficient, empowered, and successful.

Cons

The competitive landscape is rapidly changing and it can feel like GitLab is trying to fight multiple battles on multiple fronts, slowing down progress on other core areas.
