Pros

The culture & collaborative nature, along with the ability to be 100% remote The technology is only getting better by the DAY This space in software needs a shakeup and innovation. We are doing that!

Cons

Because we are all distributed, can make it hard to have true water cooler conversation. We are doing the best we can and have a lot of communication technologies in place to do so...but in person is nice sometimes.
