Pros

High level of autonomy, fast-paced environment with change to have an impact. The company fully respect their values on a daily basis. Unique culture. Great set of benefits. The toolset is very modern with possibilities to try new things and experiment a lot.

Cons

If you are not a self-starter and do not have a very high level of curiosity, discipline and motivation can be difficult for you to adopt.
