Pros

GitLab's value proposition is a single automated DevOps platform with security baked in. This allows our customers to develop and deploy their business applications much more quickly (and securely) than they can with traditional DevOps approaches.

Cons

As the company has grown and now gone public, there is more internal bureaucracy which slows down decision making.
