Pros

GitLab is truly embracing a remote workforce - I can work anywhere, anytime and keep up with my colleagues around the globe.

Cons

To ensure transparency and the ability to communicate at any time with peers around the globe, there is more documentation than may be ordinarily required at a face-to-face company.
