Pros

I've been here for just under a year and genuinely love everyone I work with. People care about what they do, they're sharp, and they're motivated. I've been around long enough to know the grass isn't always greener — the market is unpredictable and no company is perfect. I'm really happy with my leadership team and the individual contributors I get to work with.

Cons

We're still working through our AI strategy, but outside of that, our playbooks are well established in regards to managing customer accounts (expansion/upsell sales motion). I am a minority. We can work on hiring more minorities and being more diverse.
