-Iteration for every single process - very flat and transparent organization. so we can really understand the company strategy etc, even if it’s bit of internal politics.

Cons

-In the market, there is huge competitor, so not easy to sell. The company requires only real professional -the speed of change is fast, and need to be adaptive these changes

Poor management, non profiled managers are hired. Managers don't know the product and solution and no will to learn. Just micro management, to many valueless reviews just for showing purpose

The software platform was great and had a lot of awesome features. Clients loved the product.

Cons

Its completely underpriced- so everyone uses the free version which has amazing features - and that makes it a challenge to sell the premium product.
