Pros
-The company's mission seems noble and plenty of the staff at the non-management level are lovely, intelligent humans.
Cons
-High employee turnover -Micromanaging CEO -Very little respect for work/life boundaries -Months-long interview process with huge gaps in communication -The way we were expected to pitch the product felt deliberately misleading -No dedicated HR department or staff while I was there. Now I know why. -Things I negotiated for in my contract weren't respected
