Headquarter office in Downtown Oakland, which is NOT the safest place.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, opportunity for advancement (as long as you know somebody and willing to concede respectful treatment)

Cons

Nepotism, favorable treatment, peer to peer evaluation system allows competing candidates for advancement jobs to contribute to decisions made by leadership. Backstabbing is enabled and sometimes encouraged. Poor peer to peer evaluation system makes for an uncomfortable and anxiety inducing work environment. Not worth the money to be treated the way I was treated when I worked there.
