      Compensation is better than market average

      Cons

      CCO tries to instill fear, Israeli colleagues have to be repeatedly hunted down to help, company is extremely Israel-centric and offers no career or skills growth for anyone outside, strategies and orgs constantly change as they "try things out", proper documentation and training is almost nil, product can be convoluted and opaque, a handful of toxic people are tolerated and not dealt with by management

      Only positive is remote working.

      Cons

      The leadership has no business maturity. No strategy, direction or focus - changes on a day to day basis. No communication or support on any of the benefits from the company. HR and finance run the company. Overall - stay far away from this company. It is not viable. As they "claim" they are going back to being private, it's because they can't sustain as a real company with shareholders. There is no future with this company.
