The RnD is still in its growing phases so everything is still micromanaged and it makes for a very ineffective workflow. At times a very stressful environment to work at that doesn't recognize so much the hard work put in, and doesn't benefit the workers for it.

Don't believe these fake reviews. I did - and the time I spent with this company almost derailed my career. HR and Leadership will blatantly lie to you in order to have you sign the contract. I've never had this happen to me before in my 20 years of working but I suppose I had to experience it at some point. The product has a long way to go and Demo's are completed by engineers who have zero sales backgrounds. The result is that sales managers end up becoming glorified BDRs. No accountability from leadership and they probably don't realise how much their lies can jeopardise the livelihood of a family.
