      Pros

      At Glassbox I met a truly awsome group of people to work with. The company promotes empowerment to the employees allowing you to have a lot of leeway in making decisions Making mistakes is part of the learning process and perceived patiently (this doesn't mean you can continouosly make mistakes and not learn from them) It's a very supportive environment and people who really care and help each other.

      Cons

      There isn't a US office to work from (only work from home)

      Pros

      Very welcoming atmosphere. Management are open for feedback. Teamwork is an integral part of the company. Weekly happy hour and kitchen full of all kind of fruits and beverages.

      Cons

      The offices does not include a lot of fun activities to do (compared to other companies).

      Pros

      Within the Usability & Optimisation team we have a great relationship with all clients and accounts we work on. We're able to use our experience and expertise to produce work that is of real value to our clients. Not being afraid to go the extra mile ensures these relationships are maintained and we're trusted to help our clients with their digital improvements.

      Cons

      A clearer MoM view of company performance, rather than Quarter to Quarter, would be of value. Particularly for non sales areas.
