Good leadership team and senior management with clear goals and objectives. I feel fully supported in everything I do. A real variety of work which keeps me fresh and always wanting to improve. Great product too!

Flexible working environment, smart people, a great place to learn a lot and where you can 'touch' several aspects and communicate with several departments as the company grows more and more. Managers are experienced and are there to work and be hands-on, everyone can have a 'say', Work-Life balance is great and HR and managers really try to do good with the employees.

Cons

Complex product (both to implement and to sell), structure of the company is not ideal compared to the size, decision making takes a long time from leadership

Company is candid and transparent with employees about goals, successes, challenges and policies. The company has lofty goals for the near future and everyone knows what their part in achieving those are. Health benefits and employee stock options are awesome.

Cons

PTO policy for US employees could be better, especially in the tech world.
