      Pros

      There have been a lot of positive changes in the company lately. Some of the bad leadership is gone, and it’s being replaced with much stronger, more capable people. The overall vibe and culture have improved a lot, and there’s finally a real sense of direction with new GTM and strategic plans in place. The new owners also bring great energy and seem genuinely focused on the future. The R&D team is seriously awesome – super professional, talented, and great to work with. There are also a lot of chances to grow and develop here, which makes sticking around really worth it. Exciting times ahead!

      Some global company challenges, with commercial teams mostly in the US and product/R&D in Israel – can create alignment and communication issues at times
