      Pros

      I was given a great opportunity by SessionCam to be an SDR prior to the acquisition by Glassbox, and became an AE a year later. Since then I have been given great opportunities to progress in the AE role with associated uplift in compensation attached to my performance. Great support for me within the mid-market team. Flexibility to work from home. 4 mental health days a year. Great recognition of a job well done.

      Cons

      Communication between teams is a frustration that the business has as a target to resolve over the coming months. Sometime processes can be unnecessarily complex, simplifying which is a big target for 2022.
