Business Outlook
Pros
- Exciting and enhanced product - Diverse and reputable range of customers to work with. - Internal teams are very skilled in their areas of expertise. - Nice and friendly company culture. - Teams/colleagues work hard to serve customer needs.
Cons
- Workload is very high and hours worked can be extremely long/unsocial for customer facing teams. - Upper management can create targets that are unachievable or make some questionable decisions that do not help employees with their job. - Lack of following processes is not sustainable now the company is growing rapidly to a larger size - this is no longer a startup, so it should not operate like one. - Bugs do exist in current product.
