      Managers are terrible, think they know all and really stuck in the 90’s They are in Petach Tikvah - a dead city in Israel.

      Good work life balance as the work intensity is low. People are nice.

      Cons

      This is an old enterprise mindset in a startup disguise. Lagging behind in the tech stack. No development processes, no best practices implementation, no thriving for excellency, no listening to ideas from the developers in the field. People are nice but this RND is a mess. English level - very bad, from top (c level) to bottom. Just a non professional work place that doesnt seem to care about it and have the will, power, personnel or means to catch up with industry standards in all aspects.
