Pros

Everyone is open and willing to throw time on their calendar to answer any question you have. Connor the Director of Sales Development is extremely down to earth and a great boss to have. You really feel a sense of trust and autonomy but there is also always support when and where you need it. Onboarding was pretty seamless which was especially impressive since it was all remote due to Covid. This company is going places and it seems to be making all the right decisions as it continues to grow. Also loved that all employees are offered equity after a year which I am sure will be worth a ton one day soon. Overall a great company with a great culture, would recommend to any SDR.

Cons

Usual growing pains of a start-up trying to figure out all of their growing pains. One good thing is that upper management is always transparent when there are issues or changes being made. Not really a con but the product is very technical so don't apply if you are not willing to put in the work to really understand it otherwise how could you expect to pitch it to prospects.
