Pros

Glassdoor walks the walk and talks the talk in terms of hiring truly great people. I always thought it was weird that everyone had the same token response when asked 'why do you like working here' but I do believe it's what makes Glassdoor so special. Other areas to call out: - Leadership does care - and they exemplify this in all the ways they make themselves accessible. -Really great benefits - Flexible WFH schedule

Cons

There are massive goals set for folks with limited resources. The Indeed partnership is starting to steer in the right direction but fear it's a bit too late for them to be focusing where they are.

Pros

Can't say enough good things about working at Glassdoor. The work feels meaningful and impactful. Leadership is transparent and responsive. Management is supportive, knowledgable, helpful, and understanding. Objectives are clear and everyone seems to be on the same page with goals and how to achieve them. Tons of resources are available to ensure success.

Cons

Some of the quarterly/monthly targets seem a bit aggressive but that's to be expected in a company with ambitious growth goals.

Pros

- You won't find a company with better, brighter or smarter people that are also genuinely good humans - People want to help you and are happy to go out of their way for you! - GD always asks for feedback, and actually does something with it! Our voices do matter and they are heard - change happens as a result of the continuous feedback management receives - Unlimited PTO, amazing perks, insurance and benefits

Cons

- Company culture is slowly dying as increased metrics and growth are being put upon us. It's sad to witness. - Although we have unlimited PTO, it feels like we do not have time to take it since sales is a 'eat what you kill' kind of job. Because we are so busy and drowning in meetings, calls, admin work and expectations, free time is limited in this role - Work/Life balance has been decreasing over time as growing expectations are put upon our groups
