Pros

- Great people, probably the best across the board that I've worked with - Interesting product; a two sided marketplace with lots of problems to solve - Size of the company enables you to get things done without having to fight through a bunch of red tape - Remote company, no fear of being sent back to an office and upending my life - Good, genuine focus on work/life balance (though this varies depending on department)

Cons

- Very lean company, so there's always a slew of work that we want to do but don't have enough people (IMO better than too much bloat and worrying about layoffs every second of every day) - Not a lot of diverse revenue drivers so makes me nervous

Hi teammate, thanks for leaving a review. I love this headline - I agree that Glassdoor is a place where we definitely know how to get things done. I also really enjoy working from home and all of the flexible perks that come along with it. It's nice to work for a company that enables you to lead the worklife that you want to live. This feedback is helpful. Agreed that as a lean team, we work really hard because we care about the product and our customers. I think it's important to lean on our unlimited PTO benefits to help balance the hard work we put in day to day. Thanks for sharing, really appreciate it! - Britney Martinez, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Pros

- Work/Life Balance - Benefits (Healthcare and parental leave stand out) - 100% remote - The people - The mission - Glassdoor is as good as they say it is

Cons

- Uncertainties and layoffs in the last couple years have left scars - An ever-changing environment with Indeed brings its challenges - who doesn't want more money?

Wow—“the best company you’ve ever worked for!” That is so wonderful to hear, and I couldn’t agree more. The people, the benefits, the flexibility, and the meaningful impact we’re making on so many people’s work lives are exactly what have kept me here for a decade. As we continue working to smooth out the bumps with the Indeed partnership and (fingers crossed) as the economy rebounds, I’m hopeful that any lingering feelings of uncertainty will fade. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. - Andrea Johnson, Director of Customer Success
