      The benefits are incredible, with the company offering generous pay, unlimited PTO, carreer growth paths, and maternity leave which is SO rare and a valuable perk. I feel extremely fortunate and honored to be apart of a company that truly values its employees and goes above and beyond to take care of us. The supportive work enviroment and commitment to employees well-being make this a place where I'm proud to work every day. I am so thankful to be part of the Glassdoor Team and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for Glassdoor.

      Pros

      Definitely the best company I have worked at. The people make Glassdoor, and it is clear that management is there for us & wants us to succeed. I also genuinely enjoy selling the product because I believe in it & the impact it makes with our clients.

      Cons

      While I enjoy working remotely, it can be challenging not being face to face and having that interaction with my colleagues on a daily basis.
