Pros

Amazing people for the most part. The work-life balance, benefits and autonomy were amazing.

Cons

Some people were overlooked, and some were overly celebrated. Shift in culture due to the economy and Recruit demands - as well as Indeeds' influence on the business

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It’s great to hear that you’ve experienced the strong community, balance, and flexibility that have always been central to Glassdoor’s culture. We know the past couple of years have brought meaningful change — both in the broader economy and through our closer alignment with Indeed and Recruit Holdings. With that has come an evolution in how we operate, but our focus remains the same: creating a workplace that values trust, belonging, and impact, where great people can do their best work. I appreciate your perspective and your continued contributions to making Glassdoor a place people are proud to be part of. - Owen Humphries | President, Glassdoor

Pros

Working here has been an incredible journey. The work culture is collaborative, empowering, and full of learning opportunities. The management is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee growth. Teammates are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. There’s a strong sense of purpose and belonging that makes every day fulfilling.

Cons

Honestly, none worth mentioning. Every organization has its challenges, but what stands out here is how quickly and thoughtfully those challenges are addressed.
