      Pros

      The organization has an open and co-ordeal environment. Amidst any amount of work the staff and superiors are supportive. I would recommend this to a fresher who would like to know about how to approach the design related issues logically. Abundant peers with erudite thinking capabilities help you in resolving any close quarter issues. Juxtaposed to it the organization has a novel way of emphasizing any issue with a sense of bearing a calculative risk. All these traits paved way in achieving the prestigious 'Udyog Ratna' award in the recent past.
