      Pros

      Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work - You are given your authority to voice - Work processes are set by the people and they adhear to same - Extremely supportive team in critical situations

      Pros

      Absolutely none never join this company, only brand is good nothing else but for how long will they survive just on brand

      Cons

      They have no systems and processes only brand They don't care about people, their HR processes are non existent The senior management especially CEO is totally incompetent and only tries to look good in front of top management in German Many unethical and corrupt practices in the company but everything is hidden People are feeling demoralised because of unstructured high work pressure
