Flexible work schedule that you (the CRA) are chiefly responsible for setting. Great training. Fun work environment. Great assets and pipeline of products.

Cons

Pay is a little lower than industry average. Travel is more frequent than industry average. Number of studies and sites assigned are higher than industry average. Not a lot of room for growth within the company.

Great products, friendly and helpful colleagues, beautiful headquarters, exciting innovation.

Cons

Big problems are being masked. Inflated growth expectations are forced on exhausted salesforce, old culture ideals are based on money made on stock, newer hires aren’t being told about corruption and territory problems. Comp plans change on a dime as added pressure through decelerators.
