Great people, THE WORST HR team and not diverse/or inclusive
Pros
I was able to learn a lot from my mentor (person who trained me once they got promoted) and my managers were great. There are a lot of young people and everyone (company wide) is pretty friendly and welcoming for the most part. The company wide events were great and it was nice to be able to volunteer with coworkers.
Cons
- There are a lot of narcissists in the clinical department. If you join, you'll know what I'm taking about. Upper management cares more about the bottom line than well being. They turn away if they see toxic behavior as long as they get the results they want. - HR is terrible. They will gaslight you and manipulate you all day. Especially if you are a person of color, they will pay you less than your white counterparts. They don't define what you need to grow and be promoted. I was there and found out people with less education and experience were making the same amount (if not more). - The diversity and inclusion is nonexistent. This is a very backwards company; could not even say black lives matter during 2020 but they have the audacity to say other things. It seems most of the executives are very conservative. Nothing wrong with that but TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY. -There was no growth. Everyone tried to take short cuts and I saw no future here for me.
