      Nice people, decent benefits, no layoffs

      Cons

      Manager shows favoritism, there is absolutely no accountability here. Certain employees don't work and supervision turns their heads. Stuck in the 1970s. The pay is not stellar.

      Poor leadership, poor onsite HR department, any concerns or opportunities for improvement brought up to leadership are dismissed, preferential treatment for leadership's "friends" or family member of "friends" when it comes to additional training opportunities, fabricated write up by leadership for poor performance when all official performance reviews and feedback from leadership show a top performer - this was done in retaliation AFTER 2 weeks notice was given by employee to leadership and CC'd main HR department outlining concerns with leadership, high turnover rate for the department, low compensation rate in comparison to similar job postings in the immediate area
