      good people and interesting work when there is work

      Cons

      poor salary structure and insurance. you can have 10 people doing the same job wit 10 completely different salaries with no discernible reason as to who gets more or why. workload is currently on a steep decline.

      Small business inside a big Corporation...

      I worked for the Automation group. They were recently acquired. Many people were the same, and they were great. Like working in a small business, but actually was part of the large company. The pay was good and benefits were good. The work was challenging and engaging

      Cons

      Only got paid once a month. That was a pain. The Corporate world tried to impose its ways on the small business. That was not always efficient or effective within the smaller division.
