Poor management HR Low pay

poor pay, may start out with promise but raises are poor. Benefits are awful, company funded medical plan is basically stealing from its employees. 0 chance of advancement if you are good at your job. Employees constantly told by management they arent a "good fit" for any position they apply for thats a promotion. But told how great they are where they are at and why they should just stay in that position. Management will never tell you the truth about anything. Upper level management only really concerned with spending money in India and China plants. Ny plant is outdated and stuck in the past. work load has been dwindling since before the pandemic. i could go on but wont. do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
