HR and Management make promises and don't follow up.

1. No benifits when you leaving company, they will try to deduct maximum. 2. There is no job security, they always try to degrade senior employees, for small small things they asking to write apologi letter. 3. If we serve 2 mnth noticeperiod they deduct 1 month salary and if u ask them they will tell company policy but they will remove employees without intimating and they not paying 3 months salary. 4. All HR and HODs are working for comission purpose not for company growth, hardworking employees suffer from their politics 5. Joining to company is easy but quitting job from gleason feels like hell, you will get nothing, you only need to pay before leaving company.
