401K match Located in one of the best areas in the city Many pleasant people to work with

Cons

"We have a talented work force and just need to execute" always equates to not quite making enough to achieve profit sharing. The same excuses for years. Slow to adapt. Very difficult to actually implement change. Maddening to work for someone who has never done your job or taken the time to understand what you do and how much time and effort that takes.

Good work, interesting and involved.

Cons

Management has gone downhill. Demeaning towards workers. Raises based on made up guidelines like working overtime even if there is no work. Raises have been 1%- 2% when they used to be 3%. Hostile towards workers. If you are an hourly employees. Some care more about what you are wearing than the quality of the work. HR department is worthless. They are there to back the management when they are at fault and nobody even trusts them!

Pros

The people are good and helpful. Lack of organization helps you to work independently and teach yourself.

Cons

Lack of organization with many plans but very poor execution. No general focus on where the company is headed in future. No long term plans. Micromanagement on daily operation which has caused no attention to inefficiency in processes. Generally, people do not know how to use newer technology to improve internal and external operations and also a lack of ambition in doing so. Very poor resource planning.
