Very poor pay and very non-desirable work environment. Poor managers and no flex hours. Not a clean work place! No Career advancement and prevents the ability to make a contribution.

Pros

Benefits are probably OK. 401k match and HSA contribution are good. Pay is acceptable for salary people, not so much so for hourly.

Cons

Arrogant, vacuous, and disingenuous management. Frustration and futility creating miserable people. Constantly executing the same inefficacious process and expecting different results. Too much work, too little time, doing things badly to a ridiculous schedule and hoping someone else cleans up the mess. Antiquated equipment, infrastructure, processes, management techniques. And lots and lots of managerial territorial marking.
