      They don't hire managers that have management experience, therefore, the management is poor.

      Pros

      I worked second shift, the employees smile at each other and we communicate well together. Just about every other week there was donuts or someone was cooking something eat. The of all was if you work for five years, you had three weeks vacation.

      Cons

      Work got real slow, you come work and try to keep busy. Finally I got move to first shift and miss the first lay-off, but didn't survive the second.

      Good benefits. Company is rooted in tradition, has as long reputation in it's industry.

      Cons

      Less-than-truthful management. Try to make you feel lucky to have a job. A lot of back stabbing.
