Benefits, available shifts, holidays off

Cons

Poor leadership, poor onsite HR department, any concerns or opportunities for improvement brought up to leadership are dismissed, preferential treatment for leadership's "friends" or family member of "friends" when it comes to additional training opportunities, fabricated write up by leadership for poor performance when all official performance reviews and feedback from leadership show a top performer - this was done in retaliation AFTER 2 weeks notice was given by employee to leadership and CC'd main HR department outlining concerns with leadership, high turnover rate for the department, low compensation rate in comparison to similar job postings in the immediate area

Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable facilities with a variety of interesting work for anyone interested in learning.

Cons

Benefits leave a lot to be desired, management is determined to make the worst possible decision at any given moment, along with treating myself and other (decades-experienced) machinists like inept children.
