Pros

Insurance benefits were really good. Hours were solid with some OT included. Children's Christmas parties are really nice for kids of employees.

Cons

Management is a huge disappointment, they trust very few, and some are out looking to get employees in trouble. They say they are customer centric, but treat employees like garbage. They make you come up with ideas to help reduce time constraints, but when it comes to your review, it means nothing. The more you come up with means just as much as the guy that came up with none. Reviews are a joke, 1-2% raises can't keep up with economy.

Pros

You get your freedom to work at your own pace. Great benefits. Decent pay rate. Down to earth supervisors and management they dont treat you like a number.

Cons

No accountability for any mishaps. A lot of gossip but that is anywhere. Understaffed.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, many of my coworkers are a pleasure to work with and are genuinely helpful and supportive.

Cons

Quick to blame and point fingers but slow to praise for a job well done coupled with a lack of employee development opportunities unless you reach favored status with executive management or your immediate supervisor results in a rather negative environment. Planned vacation policy to support plant shutdown during July 4th and Christmas sucks, either you use vacation or you don't get paid.
