Cons
The company needs leaders not bosses. The VPs need to be trained on leadership skills. They are all bosses sitting with 1 company experience of 15-20 years, with no worldly knowledge of global MNCs culture. They don’t discuss with their team member about the areas of expectation, learning, actual job needs. Rather they are just bothered about creating negative narratives and have 1 on 1 about irrelevant things. Not a single minute about the actual responsibilities. Questioning about experience rather than looking at their own leadership skills. Instead of looking at the problem areas of the department, the HOD is bothered about all this.
