Friendly and brilliant employees Training resources Flexible PTO Great company to work for before it acquired

Cons

Cultures and policies have changed since Apex acquired it. Micromanaging due to new company policies. Leaders weren't fully transparent with their teams, and some won't take accountability. Lack of resource planning causes an issue in meeting the new minimum requirement of billable utilization. Employee benefits are not competitive.

GlideFast is a leader in the ServiceNow professional services industry. The owners of the company are dynamic leaders and the employees are fantastic people. Unlimited PTO and great salary packages.

Cons

Personally I don't think there are any cons about working at GlideFast.
