Pros

They have unlimited PTO: If you get approval from your team-lead and only if you can figure out who that is. Org. changes are made like underwear because “nobody works for nobody.” Great salaries and bonus if you if in fact they pay you.

Cons

See above and so much more. The company has good intentions it just gets lost in the self centered ownership that has so much nepotism going on its an HR nightmare I am sure.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent pay, willing to pay for some learning opportunities, tons of swag and extravagant parties.

Cons

Working for this company has been a deeply disappointing experience. I entered the org with incredible excitement and by the end found myself lifeless and zapped of everything that resembled me. The organization operates as a classic ‘boys’ club,’ where success largely depends on personal connections rather than merit. Employees who are not friends, family, or favor hires often find it difficult to thrive and are at risk of being dismissed if they do not conform to this environment. The company prioritizes maintaining relationships and securing business through their hiring practices over hiring experienced and talented individuals, leading to a lack of effective leadership and operational competence. The company’s survival under its current leadership can largely be attributed to its acquisition by Apex Systems. The leadership and C-suite are predominantly a network of long-time acquaintances of the CEO, many of whom lack the necessary experience for their gifted roles. Despite promoting a culture of mutual support and care, my experience has been the exact opposite and has shown that genuine assistance without feeling like a bother is scarce unless you are part of the inner circle. Decisions by leadership are often made hastily, resulting in disorganized processes and a chaotic work environment. Employees are frequently left to manage the fallout from these decisions and are often blamed when things go wrong. Furthermore, the company allocates substantial resources to extravagant expenditures—such as private jets and luxury gifts for executives—while employees are asked to contribute towards such gifts (i.e. a GlideFast/Service now custom wrap for the CEO's $20,000+ UTV vehicle at Christmastime), despite employees facing their own financial challenges and leadership not gifting down or providing holiday bonuses. There is a notable lack of performance feedback, lead generation, organizational structure and clear direction within the company. While the organization touts its values, in reality, the focus appears to be on maximizing revenue at any cost and achieving top partner status with ServiceNow at the expense of quality and employee care. Feedback is not thoroughly looked into until it is too late into the performance process and leadership takes no ownership over it's mistakes. For those considering employment here, I recommend conducting thorough research before proceeding with an interview. The benefits package is notably inadequate, and there are concerning practices regarding leave. For instance, maternity leave is limited to two weeks, after which employees are expected to rely on short-term disability insurance, which they must finance themselves. Additionally, despite legal requirements in Massachusetts to provide Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) benefits and information, the company fails to provide necessary information and pushes employees toward short-term disability, avoiding the associated costs.

Pros

None very clique company, must be a gamer or you don't fit in.

Cons

The worst Human Resources Department I have ever dealt with in my entire life. A bunch of young boys running the company.
