Great culture, feels like part of a family

Amazing company culture. Your good work does not go unnoticed. Within 3 months of me starting, one of the partners reached out directly to me giving me kudos. Even though everyone has their billable hours to fulfill, the team is super willing to help when you need it, whether that's just talking through strategy, or actually diving into the code to debug a script. The company slack channel is very active, so working remotely doesn't feel like you're working on an island. The best developers I know work here, and no matter how good you are, you can definitely learn something new! Overall I'm very happy with GlideFast.
Cons
Not really a con, but I've been put on a projects where I have little experience in,. It's frustrating at times, but once I finish that project, I've become a better developer than before.
