Pros

There is a great internal culture that allows for a good work/life balance. The company cares about every employee's general success from VP's, to directors, to contractors. The company is invested in certifications and will support your certification path and training. The power of a full team who drives quality and best practice without losing value Unlimited PTO and Remote work positions provide a work/life balance specific to each employee.

Cons

80% of the company is remote, the only downside to this is you rarely meet your co-workers in person.

Pros

Management is fantastic. Pay is great. A real family atmosphere, not just the words family. Customers and employees are priorities. Company invests in itself. Focuses on just ServiceNow. Talent is off the charts. Everyone trusts everyone else.

Cons

There are no cons for me, but it is fast paced.

Pros

Family atmosphere, everyone looks out for each other. People are treated as equals from the top to the bottom and everyone is expected to make sure we truly are the best.

Cons

I really cannot think of a downside to working at GlideFast. Sometimes the work can be stressful but that is the nature of consulting.
