Pros

The company truly cares each employees success. They give us the tools, resources, and opportunities to complete training, exams, and work on projects that build our skills. I have never felt held back or refused something that i wanted to pursue.

Cons

I don't have any cons to this company/position. Working remote isn't for everyone but the connectivity we have throughout the company is amazing. before i first met people in the company i already felt like i knew them through the conversations we had online and on the phone.

The development team is great and creative.

Cons

Management only gets along with their buddies that stay out all night drinking and going to strip clubs. Everyone shouldn't have to work weekends to meet your company numbers. Some developers are paid hourly while the rest of us are salary and don't get any extra pay for the extra time.
